97 James Suckling  Vintage 2019 The season has been very stable with the right quantity of heat and rain in all the season. The cold and dry winter and the average quantity of rain in the spring prevented the proliferation of illnesses.

Wijnen van een uitzonderlijke kwaliteit, zoals deze Almaviva, vormen niet alleen een geheel, maar ze hebben heel duidelijk een begin, een midden, een afdronk en een eind. De Almaviva opent heel krachtig.

Helder volrood van kleur; fijn bessig fruitig met mild eikenhout in de geur. De smaak zet soepel en zacht in; de afdronk is mild, kruidig en aromatisch aanhoudend. Smaakvolle rode wijn, prima bij vele licht kruidige gerechten, maar ook geschikt buiten de maaltijd om met lichte hapjes.
